The Northeast Pump & Instrument service department is ready to provide complete service and repair of your chemical feed pumps and related system components. Whether you require that we come to you or you send your equipment to our in house technicians, NPI is ready to meet your service requirements on your terms.

As the only Factory Authorized LMI Service Center in New England and New York, NPI can handle any LMI metering pump issue quickly and with a minimum of down time. We pride ourselves on our ability to respond to your service requirements on your time schedule and typically ship repaired pumps in 24 - 48 hours after receipt at our in-house repair facility.

Service and repair at your site is available from NPI and can be scheduled through our customer service group at your convenience. You get the same quick response and skilled technicians with the added benefit of having us come to you. Rates are available on request.
